Just made some delicious avgolemono: Greek lemon-chicken soup. I’m in the middle of a cold and this hot creamy soup is the only thing that has soothed my sore throat significantly. Plus it has a combination of boiled-bone-broth, lemon, and eggs that I know will help my immune system regain control.
all these look so good I can decide which one I want to try first π
The Asian Dumpling soup looks so good! Perfect for if you feel good or if you have a cold.
I’m working on making a weekend bag from a blanket, like you guys did. I don’t think I have the right needle yet to use with the yarn. What kind/size needle did you use, if you remember?
Thanks!

What is it with soup that is so good for the soul? Is it because we got it when we were little and in bed with the flu and felt cared for?
Soup is one of my favorite things not only to eat, but also to make. There’s just something incredibly cosy about it I think π However, one can always use new inspiration on which kind to make, so thank you for this post!
I made a great batch of classic chicken noodle yesterday. I’m posting a recipe soon.
