Stained Storage Boxes

Stained Storage BoxesToday I'm continuing my organizing marathon with this little storage box set! They're super easy to make, lined with cute fabric and the perfect fit for our big bookshelf in our upstairs hallway.Stained Storage Boxes Supplies: Wooden boxes with lids, Martha Stewart wood stain in Beach Glass, brush, cotton rags, and printed cotten fabric for the box lining.

1. Pour some stain into a disposable container. Use your brush to paint the stain on the outside and inside walls of your box and lid. 2. After the stain is brushed on, use a rag to wipe off the excess stain and allow the box to dry. 3. Measure the bottom of your box and cut a rectangle of printed fabric to fit. 4. Brush Mod Podge on the bottom of your box and place the printed fabric on top. Once the Mod Podge dries, you're done!Stained Storage Boxes Stained Storage Boxes Tonight Jeremy and I are planning a burgers + cleaning night. I'm hoping to knock through the rest of my organizing list before the holidays. Looking forward to a mega laundry room redo, a linen closet makeover and I have an extra tiny room that I'm thinking of turning into a paper crafting room.
