Hey, friends! I'm here today with another edition of our feature, Style Muse. This one is all about 500 Days of Summer. I loved two things especially from this film: all of Zooey D's outfits (costume design by Hope Hanafin) and the soundtrack.
I may look exactly 0% like Zooey, but I do love wearing blue because it goes well with my eyes. And I love how throughout the film she seems to always be wearing the perfect blend of business casual and vintage (or vintage-looking) garments.
If you love blue, vintage and cute collared dresses, then I recommend you channel your own 500 Days of Summer vibes this week. Check your closet because you may already have some items that work well with this style already.

Love this new feature!! Zooey has been one of my style icons for a while so it’s fun to see Emma inspired by her. I also loooove the life aquatic and mad men ispired ones. Just to reiterate: My. Favorite. Style. Posts. Ever. !!!
I remember right after I saw that movie I went on a huge shopping spree and bought all the blue clothes!

Another recommendation if you like her: The Bridge to Terabithia, based on Katherine Paterson’s children’s novel. She’s the main chaarcter’s beloved music teacher there. It’s such a beautiful (and sad, and beautiful, and sad, and beautiful …) story.
I love her style and I liked a lot 500 days of summer movie:P
I love that film and I LOVE that kind of look… But since I’m quite petite I have to be careful in order not to look like a 7 year old school girl…

500 Days of Summer is a wonderful movie, but I definitely loved her wardrobe and how it stayed pretty consistent in it’s whites and blues. I agree that this dress looks lovely on you! I like blues, but it doesn’t make anything on me POP! like it does for you and Zooey (brown hair, brown eyes). Loved this post!
