Sweet Ginger Dressing Recipe

Ginger Dressing RecipeI'm not normally a salad person. All my close friends know this about me; I'm just not that into salads. BUT. Lately I've caught myself eating more and more salads. I think it's the weather. Super hot days do not inspire brilliant baking ideas. Roasted anything sounds just too hot for a later summer lunch. So I've been experimenting with different salad dressings and this one is probably one of my absolute favorites!

Ginger Dressing Recipe Sweet Ginger Dressing, makes about 1 cup. Recipe adapted from here
