You guys! I don’t want to seem dramatic—but I think this is the best cocktail recipe I have ever made! It’s a watermelon slush with mint and lime flavors. You’re gonna love it. New favorite blended cocktail! And with watermelon season at hand, I’m hoping this will be my new weekend tradition with friends.
Watermelon St-Germain Slush, serves one.
2 cups frozen watermelon
2 mint leaves
squeeze of lime
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 ounce Gin
1 ounce St-Germain
Blend and serve! It’s like a fruit-based slushy with the yummy floral flavor of St-Germain. A new favorite for guests for sure. Even people who don’t like super sweet drinks will like this because it’s so light and fresh!
Cheers to the first days of summer, to sitting on the back porch, to long walks at sunset, and to planning fun times with the people you love. xx. Elsie

Oooh! Sounds so yummy! Must try this! 🙂
This sounds so delicious! The perfect way to enjoy a cool drink in the sun!
This sounds perfectly refreshing for summer!
My friend and I grew a cross between a watermelon and a cucumber (the kids dubbed it a “cuke-a-melon”) that would probably be awesome for this drink. It tastes strangely refreshing!
This sounds amazing! I’ll have to make this to celebrate our new home!
I always LOVE watermelon cocktail! The flavor is so sweet but still natural.
But I’ve never tried mix it with mint! I’m sure going to try!

This looks and sounds yummy. Perfect for the 4th!
P.S. I love those cocktail glasses! Where are they from?
Okay not to sound lame but could you omit the alcohol? I’m pregnant this summer and I am seriously craving slushy cold drinks like this and you had me at watermelon and mint. If so, any recommendations to put in place of the alcohol? Thanks!
Andrea
yummm! looks so good!

this looks amazing!! Anything with watermelon has a fan in me!!
I am putting this at the top of my post-pregnancy to do list!
Although, technically, I bet a virgin option would be delish too. If I must.

No, not lame at all! This would still be great without the alcohol. I would maybe add a couple more mint leaves and extra lime to give it a little more flavor (the St-Germain is a big part of the flavor). Hope you enjoy! Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I gotta try out with my vitamin! Big Watermelon lover over here!

So excited! Just bought St Germain to make a previous cocktail (cos I love the Target Mint Cucumber Sparkling water) but this looks even better
Thank you!!
Looks amazing..so making this!
I just made this, and oh my goodness, you weren’t kidding! Deliciousness! and oh-so refreshing. I’m so glad I froze some watermelon last night, anticipating a drink craving today 😉
I am literally drinking one of these right now and it is sooooo good! This would also be a fun one to do as a mocktail. But I’m loving the St Germain!
I literally just finished a similar “virgin” version of this recipe. It was slightly different. Your recipe sounds AMAZING!
We’ve made this three times and loved it each time! The St. Germain really adds something to it, but for our kids (ages 2 & 4), we make it with just watermelon and cranberry juice (1 1/4c & 2/3c, respectively). I don’t know if out-of-season watermelon would be able to handle the “just two” ingredients, but mid-summer watermelons in the middle of the Central Valley (CA) are totally up to the task. Our favorite new drink recipe in a year. Thank you!
Yummy!! This looks so refreshing for these hot summer days http://www.GlossyFinds.com
