I have owned a Stand Mixer for nearly a decade now and I’ve made SO many things with it. I am seriously so excited for whoever wins this!!!! Before we get to the giveaway (and details), let’s take a peek back into the archives at some recipes you can make with this Stand Mixer and attachments, shall we?
I first shared how I make fresh pasta back in 2013. I still LOVE making fresh pasta at home. It’s one of those kitchen adventures that is a total worthwhile labor of love in that it does take a little while to make everything come together, BUT it’s so worth it. If you’ve never made (or had) fresh pasta before, you must treat yourself to some soon. I don’t want to be overdramatic, but it’s life altering. 🙂
The Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder and Food Grinder attachments look so fun! I bet there are about a million things you can make with those, but a few that might be fun could be homemade spring rolls or this Thai inspired sweet potato dish. Yum!
I must admit though that I probably use my Stand Mixer to make desserts more often than not, as I definitely have a sweet tooth! I love to make homemade marshmallows, like these fresh mint chocolate dipped version. And I swear making marshmallows at home is easier than you think; see a quick little video I made on how here. I also love to bake cookies. I would love to win this! I have great memories of making pasta with my mom and great aunt when I was a kid. They would always make it for Easter and they’d rush to do it before I would get home from preschool because I would demand to help and slow down the process. Such a wonderful memory I have and would love to share this with my kids someday. Fingers crossed!!!

It’s always been my dream to own a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! I was window shopping for them on-line just this morning, and dreaming of everything I could make if I had one!
My food dreams are coming true! My passion is cooking and love trying to recreate memorable meals and flavors from my travels. Maybe I should schedule another trip to Italy sometime soon so I can be sure to put the pasta maker attachment to good use?

I really hope to win and gain back my believe in Kitchen Aid. I purchased a Kitchenaid three times, and everytime something was broken on it, or the metal bowl discoloured my dough! Maybe, I am lucky with a Kitchen Aid for once ? ??!

It has always been my dream to own a kitchenaid stand mixer (copper bronze colored one ) ever since my teenage years but sadly could never afford one. I’ve wanted to make pasta since the end of season 1 of Master of None (Netflix ) when the main character becomes so consumed he moves to Italy in season two. I love cooking and having chronic illness it’s one thing that brings me joy, to share things with others when I spend so much time indoors it helps me to connect. Right now I only posses a lime green kitchenaid hand mixer that was given to me as a gift but having one of these would definitely be the icing on a cake whose frosting I’d be able to whip. ;). These mixers are the true workhorse of the kitchen! Had no idea about the pasta attachment, it’s brilliant!!! Mine is an ancient model from the ’80’s and has made more Christmas cakes and goodies than I can count. I’d be lost without it.
