i really can’t tell you how inspired i feel when i hear jeremy play. his concert was so beautiful. it’s the greatest feeling in the world. a little over a year ago i saw him for the first time and that night was the night i decided to become a painter. i think it was a combination of how overwhelmingly beautiful his music is and how inspiring it felt to see him (and other people) my own age doing something so ambitious and brave. i guess you could say that mr. larson changed my life… and that was all before we officially met. it’s an honor to be involved with his music. he’s the most talented person i know, so it feels good to be challenged a little bit more each day to work hard and to do the things that i really love. see more photos here. it’s saturday. i spent the whole week in houston with my friend, carrie, trying to get inspired and stuff… that felt good… sometimes i get so overwhelmed and it’s good to have a little pause. this week i am planning to not make plans, only art. ๐ what are you working on? ps. a few more photos that our lovely friend kelsie took a few weekends ago….

Ahh- what am I working on? This week working on my new AMStudio Papercrafting kit for June and some upcoming classes, etc.

As for what I’m doing this weekend ,, actually just relaxing! I should be working on the album I’m doing for a neighbor, but just not real motivated to do it at the moment.

I just want to tell you that ever since I found your blog I’ve been so inspired by you. Not only by your amazing work (I love it!) but just as much by your outlook on life. You seem so positive and nice and passionate about being an artist. You do your own thing, to me that’s the sign of a real artist.

I’ve been working on learning more about digital scrapbooking, I’m actually doing layouts now. I’m also learning how to use a wacom graphics pen tablet. I want to learn how to make my own brushes. My inspiration on how to’s is coming from a book by Simple Scrapbooks Digital Designs 2 Author Renee Pearson.

Since today I hit the jack pot and found Love, Elsie stuff at Joanns this morning I’m going to work on projects using the Zoe line. I bought the camera shaped chipboard album and though I’m not sure what’s going in it I can’t wait to fill it and be artsy and just have fun!

He looks like a super sweetheart and you deserve to be happy! It’s nice to be lucky in love. Creative guys are the best, in my humble opinion. When I met my husband, 14 years ago, he had the best looking silky black hair I’d ever seen on a man besides Elvis. He had a pompadour too, not one of those silly birds nest pompadours…. Anyway, I’m glad you’re so in love.
