I really like the colorful milk crates in your photo. Where can I get those?
The photo of the vintage locker baskets intrigued me–I have a whole shelving unit of them that are asp rusty/dirty that I am looking to paint them. The set you are squatting in front of looked restored–were they vintage ones? Is how to do that shared in the book? Or is it something you are blogging about separately? I literally spent an hour googling it last night! I must have 48 of them and the tack that goes with.

Yes, my shelf was old and gross too. When I spray paint something rusty I always use the rustoleum primer spray paint first before whatever color. The locker baskets are new from Amazon.

I am so excited for your next book to come out!! I still read the first book often and flip through it for inspiration and more ideas on how to display my photos. It’s such a fun book! I am obviously obsessed with everything ABM has and Of course, once I heard about this book I was instantly excited. However, I’m a college student and I was wondering if you include projects that could be adapted into the rental/dorm room kind of setting. I know I’m really enthusiastic about making my home away from home more “me” but big projects wouldn’t really be possible.

You can get them at Joann’s or Michael’s, but I nabbed a bunch if vintage, worn and torn ones at a local grocery store – a lot of the use them for fruit and vegetable transportation and display. They are AMAZING!
