i can't believe this day has finally come. my little shop opens tonight (Sunday, Feb.1) at 9pm CST. The local shop is now open too. Rach & I are planning so much cuteness for the grand opening party this coming Friday night! it's going to be magical. Commercial Street is giving us a little ribbon cutting ceremony (isn't that sweet?) at 5pm and our party will run from 6-10.
Anyway….. I feel thankful. overwhelmed. shy. excited and so so inspired.

Oh and also, i read your Mom’s blog and I thought it was absolutely precious. You and I shared the hobby of the buttons. My Nana has tins and tins of buttons at her house and when I was really really little I would dump them all out and play with them for hours. I love the character that each one has.
I just thought it was special that we have that in common. haha
