  • Hey Elsie – love the photo of you and Mr. Larson. Please tell him that I love his first album and am looking forward to his second. Long live creative couples!!

  • Hi Elsie,

really, I had to congratulate you for all your work. I’m a regular reader of your blog (and check for new posts anxiously!) but I’ve never let a message…I know it is NOT fair.

Every time you amazed me with your creativity and professionality! I am SO HAPPY for you to see that your “business” is doing well because you really deserve it. Wish you all the best and more for the future. But I’m sure you will do well. Your last babies are fantastic! Love your blog, love your work! Thank you for inspiring me every day and encouraging me to give my best every single day to achieve my biggest dreams! xoxo

  • Prefontaine!! Nice shoe girlie. I got to visit the spot in Oregon where he passed away. Talk about amazing. Imagine hundreds of racing medals just thrown up on the side of the hill. Love these shoes. Make me miss Track in college. Hope Jeremy loves them.

  • I’m sooooo excited!! Just got some of the photo girls original paintings 🙂

When I saw them, this week, here it was like love at first sight!!

I tried to buy all of them last night, but when I was going to checkout the product was not available. (someone was faster than me)

You can’t imagine how happy I was when I saw some more on the shop today!!

    See you next week 🙂

  • i remember miranda july from high school (a few years ago)when i saw a molologue she did. so weird you mention her becuase i thought about her last week and then saw an article in a magazine and now you mention it! she’s great 🙂

  • Great art journal! I’ve been working on some handmade mini scrapbooks and journals for my etsy shop. Cool stickers, too!

  • Elsie

Loving all that you do xxx

  • I liked that movie, but the story line with that adorable little boy I found very disturbing. A lot of emotions in that movie!

  • Love iiiiittt!!!

You inspire me every time I visite your blog or your Flickr pics! Your positif attitude gives me always a lot of reasons to “make” the art.

    Hugs

    xoxo

  • I tried to get my hands on one but I don’t see them listed in the shop nor the new embrodery patterns…bummer!

  • I am so bummed that I missed out on the art kit! But, I love shopping through the rest of your prints and things! You ROCK as always!

  • Every piece of the kit is so FANTASTIC! im in love with the art prints particularly the mermaids! so cute! and the pic of you two in the grass is so sweet!

  • I wondered if you’ll make more kits…I have a 9 yo son who adores Peter Pan and your artwork captures Barrie’s words so well…thank you for all the magic creativity…and I’ll cross my fingers, sprinkle a little pixie dust that there’ll be another kit at some point!

  • Are you familiar with July’s Learning to Love You More?

    http://www.learningtoloveyoumore.com/

I had planned to do a lot of the activities this summer, but I’m taking two classes that have left me little extra time! When I am finished with them and before I must prepare to go back to school, I am going to work on the assignments for LTLYM with my children.

  • i love your photo of you and your guy, how did you take it? with just a tripod?

  • What do you use to make your stickers? Is it one of those little X shaped machines or do you put them on special paper and just cut them out of that? I’ve been wondering…

  • Wow! I am in awe of your Neverland Art Journal Kit…sorry to have missed out on one. Sigh. I love Peter Pan almost as much as Alice in Wonderland. You definitely captured the spirit. Keep creating!

  • Mim is right–learning to love you more is amazing. i can read people’s life stories for hours and hours on end. i didn’t know july had a book of poems–i have read her book of short stories, no one belongs here more than you. it’s haunting and disturbing and beautiful.

  • How funny! My sister and I saw that movie when it premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. I live about 10 minutes away and we just decided to go see it, so funny to see it on your blog several years later!
