Our Favorite Whole 30 Recipes

Elsie did Whole 30 a few years ago and really loved it. You can read more about her experience here. It’s always encouraging to find recipes that not only fit the requirements, but taste good too. We’re sharing our favorites below!

This sweet potato hash recipe is the bessst. It packs a lot of flavor and nutrition, and it can be paired with eggs and a few slices of avocado for a perfect weekend brunch option.

We’ve really been into dairy-free soups lately, and Emma’s creamy tomato soup does not disappoint. We like it better than regular tomato soup, thanks to a secret ingredient.

Iced chai, please—with CBD. That’s right. We love this combination! Be sure to omit any sugar and use unsweetened, dairy-free milk to keep this recipe Whole 30 approved.

Rosemary roasted almonds are a quick, easy snack to enjoy at home or on-the-go.

We hosted a brunch-themed Friendsgiving this year, and cauliflower breakfast hash was on the menu. So good! Omit the cheese (sorrrrry) and sub the milk for a dairy-free option.

Emma and Elsie love their air fryers. It seems too good to be true to have crispy, amazing french fries without all the oil. But it’s the real deal. 🙂

Homemade, crispy kale chips. Yummm.

Creamy, delicious, carrot chipotle soup (packed with a healthy dose of vegetables) that doesn’t lack in flavor, at all. Make sure the pepper you use is Whole 30 approved (some adobo sauce brands contains sugar) so just double check the label.

Since cocktails are a no-go during Whole 30, Elsie came up with a mocktail recipe that’s a fruity, refreshing alternative to a gin and tonic.

If you’re craving french fries but need a dose of veggies, seasoned carrot fries are the answer.

Dairy-free mango ice cream will curb your sugar cravings. It’s creamy (just like ice cream) and you only need three ingredients to make it.

We love trying different versions of coffee like this one. It’s coffee! It’s soda! The best of both worlds.

When your body needs comfort food, this sausage, potato, and mushroom skillet is THE BOMB.

Let us know in the comments if you have any favorite recipes. And whether you’re new to Whole 30, or you’ve tried it before, you can do it—it’s definitely worth it! xo. – The ABM Team
