Jeremy and I had the most wonderful time together this weekend! We were apart for about a month, so it was a very sweet reunion! We had some crazy sushi, did a little shopping and bought a whole bunch of dark chocolate! I couldn't be happier than I am right now. I'm so happy he's home for 10 days now…. hooray!

Aw!!! This reminds me of our first Valentines as newlyweds! We celebrate a lot differently now with kids and a tighter budget, but somehow it still gets sweeter every year!
Ironically, I think the last “big” Valentines surprise was when I snuck two Mute Math tickets into his V-Day card the year before we started having kids! This year we spent the holiday with our best friends. We tucked our combined SEVEN children in early upstairs, then snuck down to the basement and tried to write rap songs together so we can become a YouTube phenomenon… Long story short, we’re not the next Karmin, but we had a lot of loud, obnoxious fun with our favorite couple, stayed up WAY too late, and got way too hyped up on boxes of old timey Valentines candy! What a blast!
My boyfriend has been away from home for work so much lately, I can’t wait for him to be back.
Okay, I can frankly say that my heart cracked when I saw this lovely gift your husband gave you. It is so so so sweet beyond words. You both are blessed, make sure you always remember that in the years to come, may you always be like this 🙂
