Sigh…. this dress shop is my pride and joy. I spent the last year (before we bought the store) curating a sizable collection of magical vintage dresses and then felt as if I'd landed on the moon when we purchased the collection from The Style. It was pure magic! My favorite part of the store opening process was personally picking out hundreds of dresses for the displays and racks. Simply put, I'm crazy for vintage dresses.

The new shop has dress racks inspired by "Betty, Joan and Peggy" (of MadMen), racks inspired by the seasons, lots of mini dresses and even formals and bridal. My friends are all very proud of me for not keeping all the dresses for myself… although I totally want to sometimes.β™₯

Thanks for taking a peek at the new shop! I'm beyond thankful for all of the supportive comments and kind words we've received this week… and super tickled to hear all of this "road trip talk". YAY! We'd love for you to visit. XO. els

I hope that one day I’ll be able to buy something special from you. In the meantime, I’m enjoying the blog and the photos.

  • It’s a red velvet wonderland. The best part is the creative organization and merchandising. It pains me to see a vintage shop so full of treasure, just haphazardly hung and piled with no vision or love behind it. Yours is sure to become a favorite shop of many many people in springfeild – and yes, we’d love to take a road trip to visit it (but mostly you). Love J

  • This looks like heaven! I wish I could come in and spend the entire day trying on every dress until i found the perfect one, everything looks so amazing!!!! Someday! Are you close to branson by chance?

  • thank you for sharing so many beautiful photos! the shop looks enormous- it’s like a huge treasure chest. i’m adding a visit to your shop to my life goals. seriously.

  • Looks amazing – you should be so proud! I will be making a trip from the UK one day!! xx well done
(p.s. been reading your blog for a whole year now)

  • These pictures of the store are amazing!! Congratulations, you did an absolutely beautiful job with the shop. I am going to have to make the trip from Nashville up to Springfield just to see it!

  • Oh my gosh, it looks SO amazing. Congratulations – this must be such a dream come true for you! Hopefully if I ever make it to MO I’ll stop by the shop…

  • Hi there! How I wish I could reach and buy those cute stuffs in your store, unluckily I am far, far away from you. Anyway, I’m a Malaysian. Nice knowing you πŸ™‚
